Products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses to customers. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times reflect international shipping and may take 7–15 business days for standard service.

Placing an Order

When you complete checkout on lumahomegoods.com, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed prices. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Pricing errors or display mistakes
• Product availability issues with our suppliers
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices include product cost and our service margin. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We do not add hidden fees at any point in the checkout process.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on historical data from our suppliers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or events outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the tracking number provided is your reference with the carrier directly.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in color, sizing, or packaging compared to the listed images may occur due to manufacturing batches or display calibration differences. These minor variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Payments

All transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us at support@lumahomegoods.com may result in your account being flagged.

Limitation of Liability

Luma Home Goods's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by local law.
